Join an enterprise organisation running a major transformation programme across a high-traffic digital ecosystem Own end-to-end delivery and evolution of 1:1 personalisation across customer web and mobile app experiences Define and prioritise the personalisation roadmap: use cases, KPIs, segmentation, content needs and decisioning rules Partner across digital marketing, data, technology, UX, content and external agencies to deliver at pace Help establish governance, ways of working, and transition of capability into BAU (an emerging capability) About the Opportunity Join an enterprise organisation running a major transformation programme across a high-traffic digital ecosystem Own end-to-end delivery and evolution of 1:1 personalisation across customer web and mobile app experiences Define and prioritise the personalisation roadmap: use cases, KPIs, segmentation, content needs and decisioning rules Partner across digital marketing, data, technology, UX, content and external agencies to deliver at pace Help establish governance, ways of working, and transition of capability into BAU (an emerging capability) What You’ll Bring Strong Product Owner / Delivery Lead background across digital marketing, martech or personalisation Experience with enterprise marketing automation/personalisation platforms (ideally Salesforce ecosystem) Proven capability delivering A/B testing, CRO and experimentation frameworks end-to-end Confident stakeholder management across business + delivery teams; comfortable in ambiguity Solid understanding of privacy-conscious personalisation, consent, and responsible data use What’s on Offer High-impact role shaping how personalisation is defined and delivered at enterprise scale Work with modern martech and cross-functional squads spanning data, UX, engineering and marketing Fixed-term contract with a clear programme of work and visible outcomes Auckland CBD location with a collaborative, delivery-focused environment Next Steps?
