Working alongside an experienced team, you'll provide commercial support across a diverse range of infrastructure projects throughout the Lower North Island. The Opportunity As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you'll play an important role in the commercial success of a wide range of infrastructure projects. Preparing cost estimates, budgets and project forecasts. Contract administration and commercial management. Managing variations, progress claims and financial reporting. Procurement and tender evaluation. Cost planning and risk management. Working closely with Project Managers, consultants and contractors. Building strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders. This is primarily an office-based role, with regular visits to project sites across the Lower North Island. About You Around 3-7 years' Quantity Surveying experience. A background in civil infrastructure, construction or engineering projects. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Experience with contract administration and cost management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification. What's on Offer?
