Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L2) based in Waikato for an initial six-month contract. You will deliver hands-on level 1/2 support in a busy walk-up environment, troubleshooting devices and supporting Microsoft 365 apps. The role focuses on fast restoration of services, friendly end-user interaction and effective incident handling.
