Combined Lifestyles LTD – Silverdale, North Island 35 hours per week | Coaching + Sales + Studio Leadership We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Studio Manager to join our STRONG Pilates Silverdale team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fitness professional who is ready for more responsibility, greater career progression and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing studio. Based in our beautiful Silverdale studio , this is much more than a coaching role. You’ll combine coaching, sales, member experience and team leadership, working closely with our Studio Coordinator and wider STRONG Auckland leadership team. THE ROLE Working approximately 35 hours per week , you’ll work closely with the Studio Coordinator and wider leadership team to help drive the day-to-day performance of Silverdale. Your role will include: Coaching STRONG Pilates classes to an exceptional standard Leading by example and helping lift the standard of the coaching team Supporting and developing trainers Building genuine relationships with members and creating a high-energy studio environment Making outbound sales calls, following up leads and confidently converting prospects into members Supporting member retention and engagement Assisting with day-to-day studio operations and team management Stepping up and taking ownership when the Studio Coordinator is unavailable Helping ensure studio standards, processes and expectations are consistently met WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll ideally have: A strong background in fitness or coaching, ideally with experience in Pilates, strength training or group fitness Phone and face-to-face sales experience, with the confidence to convert leads into members Previous leadership, management or team development experience Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with all types of people A naturally high-energy, positive and engaging personality Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership A genuine desire to help grow the studio, develop the team and create an exceptional member experience You don’t need to tick every box.
