Lifeguard (2IC - Summer Pools)

We're looking for Lifeguards to join us on a fixed-term basis over the summer period, based at our outdoor pools. Fixed term from November 2026 to March 2027. These positions also come with a great development opportunity to work in a second in charge (2IC) capacity. You'll assist and support the Team Leader's on duty to ensure our diverse community are receiving support and encouragement to take part in pool activities as well as making sure that all of our pool facilities are in tip-top shape. About You We are interested to hear from those who hold a Pool Lifeguarding Certificate and First Aid certificate with an interest in growing their skillset through a 2IC opportunity. We're looking for great potential lifeguards who can think on their feet, ensuring we're meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. You'll need to be a team player and great communicator, happy to roll your sleeves up in order to get the job done. Your lifeguarding or life skills are backed up by your passion to provide our community with exceptional customer service - you'll be proud to be a part of a team who ensures our community enjoys a clean, fun and above all else, safe pool experience.
