About the Role Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (NZ) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Work Location: Auckland, New Zealand The National Trade Manager leads the New Zealand Trade team, managing capacity, vessel utilisation, profitability and trade performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable market growth. Lead and coach the Trade team to optimise capacity, vessel utilisation, cargo mix and profitability. Manage allocations, forecasting, vessel profiles and trade execution in collaboration with Regional and Head Offices. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to drive sustainable business growth. Proactively manage trade constraints, routing issues and performance through timely escalation and solutions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, industry associations and external partners. Eligibility Requirements Applicants must have full working rights in New Zealand.
