Job Description
ALH Auckland is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team of approximately 10 staff in a busy yard environment. This 80% hands-on role requires strong leadership, a focus on Health & Safety, and the ability to report to the Operations Manager and owner. You will manage rostering, training, and day-to-day workflow, coordinate loading/unloading of scrap metal, and support your team of supervisors, operators and yard staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
