At New World Metro we are looking for a Fresh Foods assistant, to join the Butchery, Seafood and Produce team. This uniquerole is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering great customerexperiences and is looking to develop their retail knowledge and technical skills, in a great team environment. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuringthe shop is full and appealing throughout the hours of trade (includes cutting of meat, seafood and produce, with full training provided) Ensureproduct range, quality and pricing/promotional mix is tailored to theseason and our community's needs. Workalong the Department manager, making sure the key areas are lookedafter. Adhere foodsafety requirements. The idealcandidate will have the following experience, qualities & skills: Calmunder pressure. Multitasking,working without supervision, and walk the talk will be your primaryattributes.
