Planning daily activities and delegating tasks Growing and developing of team members and performance management when required Exceptional commitment to Health, Safety and Quality Skills, We Would Love You to Offer Evidence of excellent leadership skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Great organisational skills Intermediate experience of administrative and IT skills The ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement of processes and working within LEAN guidelines Worked in a Manufacturing Factory (not essential, but good to have) The Group Leader is responsible for the operation of the shift, supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day management of their manufacturing area, overseeing team members, and ensuring an efficient operation in achieving business targets. A successful group leader will radiate confidence, inspire others, and be able to build professional relationships.
