Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator Are you someone who spots the detail others miss? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, managing risk, and helping teams deliver exceptional customer outcomes? We're looking for a Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening quality, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our business. In this role, you'll review customer and operational files, identify trends and risks, coordinate complaints, and work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and customer experiences. Your insights will help shape better ways of working and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. What you'll be doing: Conducting quality and compliance audits across customer, claims, repair, and operational files Identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities Coordinating and monitoring customer complaints and resolutions Supporting the maintenance of risk registers, reporting, and dashboards Providing feedback and recommendations to improve customer experiences and operational performance Working collaboratively with teams across the business to drive positive change What we're looking for: Experience in quality assurance, compliance, risk, complaints, auditing, or operational support Strong attention to detail and investigative skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Confidence working with data, reporting, and business systems If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
