Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. 10d ago , from Lawson Williams Specialist Recruitment The Opportunity This role sits within a regulated food manufacturing environment, supplying export markets where documentation accuracy and compliance discipline directly impact production continuity and commercial performance. The business requires a QA professional who can operate independently in a live export environment and take ownership of compliance and documentation from day one. You will work closely with site leadership and quality management, operating at the coalface of production, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Role You will be responsible for the release of raw materials and finished goods, review of batch records and laboratory results, and the management of quality and compliance databases. The role includes investigating customer complaints, NCRs and audit findings, raising exception reports and EDECs, supporting GMP and internal audits, and contributing to ongoing improvements to the Quality Management System. You will also support training, food safety activities, and provide QA guidance across production and support teams. Skills & Experience Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Quality assurance experience in dairy or food manufacturing. Direct experience with infant formula strongly preferred. Working knowledge of MPI notices, HACCP, GMP, Halal standards. Proven experience managing NCRs and compliance documentation. Hands on experience raising and managing EDECs (MPI export certification system). Pathogen management and environmental sampling exposure. Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology or similar preferred. Who is Lawson Williams?
