Butchery Manager / 2IC (Assistant Manager) This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading and motivating the butchery team, delivering outstanding customer service, producing high-quality meat cuts and displays, maintaining food safety and health & safety standards, managing stock control, ordering and waste, driving sales, GP and merchandising, and training and developing staff.
