The Role Reporting into a supportive leadership structure, you’ll manage end-to-end Export Airfreight shipments across your own portfolio of customers, from initial booking through to departure. This hands‑on role offers plenty of variety, with you working closely with clients, overseas partners, service providers and internal teams to ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Export Airfreight shipments from booking through to departure Own a portfolio of customers, delivering responsive and high‑quality service Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, carriers and service providers Prepare and check export documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Track and monitor shipments to ensure freight moves to customer requirements Maintain accurate shipment and financial information in CargoWise Resolve operational issues quickly while keeping customers informed Ensure shipments meet regulatory requirements and internal processes Collaborate with the wider operations team to deliver seamless service Identify and support process improvements across the operation This business genuinely values its people and offers a supportive environment with a strong focus on development, career progression and work‑life balance. You will ideally have Freight forwarding experience within an international environment Strong knowledge of export processes and documentation Sound understanding of Incoterms CargoWise experience or exposure to similar freight forwarding systems Confident communication and customer service skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to juggle multiple shipments and competing priorities A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently You must be a New Zealand citizen/resident or hold a valid New Zealand work visa with the appropriate working rights for the position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
