Job Description
The Content Scheduler is responsible for building and maintaining accurate, broadcast-ready schedules that deliver on Sky’s content plans across assigned channels and platforms. Working from Content Planner direction, the role integrates programming, promotional, and commercial elements within IBMS and related systems, ensuring alignment to channel formats, deadlines, and overall strategy. The role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate inputs, resolve issues, and optimise outcomes, while managing late changes to minimise disruption. With a strong focus on detail and quality control, the Content Scheduler ensures schedules are on-air ready, maintains schedule integrity through stakeholder feedback, and supports seamless delivery alongside offshore teams, contributing to continuous improvement and a ‘right first time’ approach. The base location for this role will be Mount Wellington, Auckland.
