We'relooking for experienced Lifestyle Coaches to join our South Auckland team. In this role,you'llwork alongside the people we support, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and live the life they choose. About the role As a Lifestyle Coach,you'llprovide practical support,encouragementand guidance in everyday life. No two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting daily routines and household tasks Assistingwith cooking,shoppingand budgeting Encouraging community participation and social connections Supporting appointments and activities Helping people develop skills and achieve personal goals Promoting wellbeing,choiceand independence Maintainingaccuraterecords and communication with the wider team Whatwe'relooking for At least 2 years' experience in New Zealand supporting people with disabilities or in a related community-based support role Experience working independently and supporting people with complex needs Experience in areas such as behaviour support, mental health, youth work, social services, or trauma-informed care A Level 3 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent qualification or experience) A full New Zealand driver's licence Strong communicationskills and a person-centred approach Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings,weekendsand public holidays Hours and availability We have two permanent opportunities available, with guaranteed hours of either20 hours per week. Our servicesoperate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rostered shifts may change based on operational requirements and the needs of the people we support.
