You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear priorities and actionable outcomes. Leading through influence, you'll guide experienced engineers, balance competing priorities, navigate challenges, and drive continuous improvementYou'll bridge the gap between the why and the how, ensuring the squad remains focused, aligned and delivering value for customers. For this role we're looking for a confident and influential Senior Product Lead who thrives in complexity, brings people together, and drive change through strong leadership and delivery focus. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven ability to lead product delivery across complex and business critical initiatives Strong stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships across business and technology teams Experience translating business and technical requirements into clear user stories and delivery outcomes Proven ability to lead technical teams through influence, coaching and collaboration Strong experience working in agile environments and facilitating squad delivery practices Confidence managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups Experience driving change and challenging traditional ways of working to improve outcomes Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences Proficien cy in risk identification, problem solving and proactive management of delivery challenges Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail in complex technology environments You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
