We’re seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our clinical teams across several locations. These roles can be offered on a permanent or casual basis, with flexibility from school hours through to full-time sessions. Based within well-supported community practices, this is an opportunity to work with genuine clinical autonomy while being part of a structured, collaborative model designed for sustainability and long-term workforce wellbeing. What the role offers You’ll practise both independently and collaboratively, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and ongoing patient management. You’ll be supported by: GPs, ECP's, PAs and experienced nursing teams Medical Care Assistants (MCAs) Dedicated reception and administration teams Structured triage and coordinated care systems Centralised governance and operational support We are committed to integrated care, digital innovation, and strengthening our clinical workforce. AI-Enabled — and We’re Helping Build It CML is one of the owners of Practice AI, developing practical AI tools purpose-built for primary care.
