Job Description
The Taupo Swimming Club INC, based at the A C Baths in Taupo, is seeking a motivated Head Coach to design, deliver and oversee training across squads. You will lead progression, provide constructive feedback, and coordinate communications with swimmers, parents and the club committee. You will promote swimming in the community, recruit new members and manage meet calendars, with support for development and a clear pathway for program growth.
