Events F&B Facilitator

Cliffside is looking for an Events Food & Beverage Facilitator to lead our events on the ground from start to finish. This includes venue setup, facilitating & running events on the day plus pack down and more... ABOUT US We are a unique Luxury Group Glam Camping venue, located 10 minutes from Waiuku on Karioitahi's cliff tops overlooking the ocean. We mainly specialise in corporate events but also host weddings and private events. We pride ourselves on delivering 5* experiences to all our guests. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone that is open to learning, with a can-do attitude, who can jump into everything involved with events, big or small. You are excellent at problem solving and being ‘johnny’ on the spot to get the job done. You need to have great organisational skills, excellent time management and be a team player and a people's person. Previous food handling experience would be beneficial, however not essential as this will be taught. The love of food and hosting people IS essential to be successful in this role. Duty Manager Certificate and bar experience is desired, or the willingness to obtain on the job, with our support. Most importantly we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and adaptable, with a desire to provide exceptional experiences and create lasting memories for our guests. You have a flexible lifestyle, as this is not your typical Monday - Friday job. THE ROLE This role is dependent on event bookings, with up to 3-5 day's work required for each event. These days would vary and can include evenings and weekends. You will be working for a small family-owned businesses within a tight-knit team.
