About the Role The Variance Response Management (VRM) Nurse will provide optimum care utilising nursing knowledge and skills to patients in those areas of the hospital where they have identified a response required via the Hospital at a Glace Screen (HaaG). The area response required to and/or those tasks will be variable according to the needs of the hospital at any given time, in conjunction with the Duty Nurse Manager (DNM and wider IOC team). The VRM Nurse portrays a positive image of Te Whatu Ora Taranaki at all times to staff, public, patients and clients. 0645-1915 1845-0715 12hours shifts, rostered rotating About the Team/Service/ Location Our VRM team work throughout the hospital and are part of the wider IOC team.
