This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term project, upgrading fleet vehicles across New Zealand, with immediate start available! What's on Offer: Opportunity to work on a large-scale fleet upgrade project Work across major metropolitan locations: Auckland Tauranga Wellington Christchurch Be part of a growing team delivering critical fleet upgrades nationwide About the Role: You will be responsible for carrying out electrical upgrades & installations on heavy passenger vehicles. The project will focus on upgrading existing fleets through the installation of new technologies, accessories and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include: Vehicle electrical diagnostics and fault finding Installation of vehicle wiring and electrical systems CCTV system installation and integration GPS and telematics installations Accessory and aftermarket equipment fitment Electrical modifications and system upgrades Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams Ensuring all work is completed to industry and safety standards What We're Looking For - Essential to be successful: Must currently be in New Zealand with full working rights. We need staff NOW Level 4 or 5 Automotive Electrical qualification or equivalent overseas qualification Proven experience in automotive electrical work across heavy vehicles Strong wiring and installation experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Excellent verbal & written English proficiency Highly Regarded: Bus, coach, fleet, truck or heavy vehicle experience CCTV, GPS, telematics and accessory installation experience Previous fleet installation experience If you're an experienced Auto Electrician looking to be part of one of New Zealand's largest fleet refurbishment projects, we'd love to hear from you. #SCR-anel-viljoen #J-18808-Ljbffr
