Senior Operations Officer

The Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll own the Client Engagement function's systems, workflows and administration, acting as in-house expert for the core banking platform. This role owns the end-to-end client journey, driving process improvement, quality assurance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day workflows, priorities and performance of the Client Engagement team Own the core banking system, leading upgrades, testing and vendor liaison Develop and track operational metrics, SLAs and quality assurance standards Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement Conduct audits of client files, transactions and communications for accuracy Prepare operational reporting for the COO and Senior Leadership Team Build training programmes and documentation to reduce key-person dependency Support business improvement projects across systems, process and automation About You 5+ years' experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry Strong understanding of core banking, CRM or workflow management platforms Proven track record delivering process improvement initiatives Advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong analytical and reporting capability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience developing SOPs, training programmes and operational reporting Alignment with Christian Savings' values What's in it for you You’ll be part of a collaborative and values-driven organisation where your work directly supports lending that makes a real difference in communities.
