Role Description The Golf Coach will deliver individual and group golf instruction for Juniors and Adults. Focusing on technique, course management, and performance improvement for golfers of varying abilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing players’ current skills, designing result-driven coaching plans, conducting on-course and practice range sessions, and providing constructive feedback and progress reviews. This is a part time role with many possibilities to grow into a fl time role. on-site role based in Auckland, requiring regular availability on weekdays, weekends, and peak coaching hours. Withing with children to create a safe learning environment is essential. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Golf Instruction, Coaching, and Sports Coaching. Candidates should possess practical experience in Golf. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured, goal-oriented training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse skill levels and backgrounds. Relevant coaching certifications or professional golf qualifications are highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Auckland, including weekends and flexible hours as required.
