Job Description
Te Paepae Ārahi Trust is seeking an experienced governance consultant to lead a comprehensive governance policy renewal. The engagement, running ~3–6 months, will work with the Board and Governance Ōhu to review, adapt, and strengthen the policy framework while developing new policies where gaps exist, all grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga Māori. The project is an independent contractor engagement with an indicative budget up to NZ$20,000 + GST and around 180 hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
