If you care abouthow things look and how they perform,this is where youget on the bus. The Role: AstheDesign & Marketing Coordinator, you’re in the engine room of Evo’s marketing output. Working alongside the Marketing Leader, you’ll help bring campaigns to life andmake sureeverything Evoput's out into the worldis consistent, effective, and on-brand. What kinda stuff will you be doing : Comms that connect You’ll push messaging out across multiple channels and make sure it lands with the right people, the right way. Marketing that moves the needle Design it. Order it. Roll it out. Check it’s being used properly. Fix it if it’s not. Systems that spin the cogs You’ll live in tools like Adobe CC, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, EDM platforms, and internal systems. Not just using them, but getting better at them and making them better. Events that evoke emotion From community activations to partner events, you’ll help make sure Evo shows up properly and gets real value from it. WHAT KIND OF HUMANDO WE NEED? You don’t need to be the finished article. But you do need to be dangerous in the right ways. Care about how things look and how they perform Respond quickly to the urgent needs of the business Are organised enough to juggle multiple moving parts Can design, but also think beyond just visuals Care aboutimproving yourself, the brand and making an impact In timeyou'll be able totakelead and notwait for instructions Have already embraced AI as part of how you design Ride bikes (not essential, but you’ll get it a lotquicker if you do) Like being in the mix, not stuck on the sidelines Can put yourself in someone else's shoes in order to solve a design problem.
