IDEA Services supports people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy great lives at home and in the community. You will support clients with complex needs, managing risk, ensuring safety, and providing individual care throughout the night. We look for someone with an open-minded attitude; prior disability or aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
