Aberdeen Primary School – Hamilton West, North Island Aberdeen Primary School is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Assistant's to join our supportive team in Hamilton, Waikato. This is a full-time, fixed term position that plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment. As a Learning Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to enhance the learning experiences of all students, with particular focus on those who require additional support to reach their full potential. Key responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a variety of learning needs. Help to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with teachers, and other support staff to implement individualised learning plans.
