Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the financial performance of the store. Your role is to set the direction required to enable great performance and develop the same commercial focus in your managers while ensuring company standards including compliance, retail disciplines, and human resources are adhered to. Thanks to your extensive experience in a senior store manager's role, you'll be a masterful motivator and be able to adapt your style to suit your audience. You will be able to provide examples of times you've set challenging but achievable goals and provide clear and encouraging feedback. Planning and organisational skills are also key for your success, as is a true passion for unsurpassable customer service. We are looking for a leader who can: Drive a customer service strategy so that the store is renowned for outstanding customer service Improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its sales turnover and managing controllable costs Ensure that your leadership team recruit, develop, and retain a motivated, engaged, and high performing team Ensure our world‑class visual merchandising standards are executed and maintained to our high levels of expectation Motivate, inspire and engage the team, creating a high performing team committed to each other and its customers With previous experience that includes: Extensive retail experience managing a large format store with a large team (100+), or in a multi‑site/cluster management role Experience taking a team through change management and culture change Great organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines A passion for excellence in customer service and sales A proven history leading high performing teams to success in a sales environment Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders A high level of strategic focus and a strong commercial acumenskillset About us - what we offer: We're offering a competitive salary package, with an attractive staff discount across the Farmers and James Pascoe Group along with a management incentive scheme.
