About the opportunity Business Franchise Group is looking for a capable Marketing & Communications Executive to help bring our marketing programmes to life across Speedy Signs, Fully Promoted and The Installation Company (TIC). This is a broad, hands‑on role covering campaigns, digital marketing, websites, franchisee communications, training, brand support and marketing performance. You’ll work directly with our Managing Director, external agencies and franchisees around the country, making sure good marketing ideas turn into well‑executed activity and measurable results. What you’ll be doing Campaigns & digital marketing Coordinate external agencies and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns across our brands. Drive website effectiveness and coordinate SEO, paid search, EDM and online lead generation with our external partners. Use analytics, AI tools and reporting to understand what is working and where activity should change. Franchisee communications Own our fortnightly franchisee bulletin from content planning through to drafting and distribution. Develop other network communications, case studies and franchisee success stories. Franchisee marketing support Help franchisees market effectively in their local areas through practical tools, templates and ideas. Run periodic marketing webinars and training. Support new franchisees with initial marketing training and resources. Brand & supplier management Help maintain strong and consistent brand presentation across the network. Brief and coordinate agencies, creative suppliers, digital partners and other external providers. Make sure suppliers deliver quality work, on time and within agreed budgets. Marketing performance Turn annual marketing plans and budgets into a clear programme of activity and keep delivery on track. Monitor marketing spend and campaign results. Prepare practical reporting for management, franchisees and franchise advisory groups. Keep the focus on commercial outcomes — enquiries, sales, lead quality and franchisee profitability. Franchise recruitment Support the Franchise Development Manager with recruitment campaigns, content and digital advertising. Provide marketing input to franchise advisory and marketing committee meetings. About you You’ll probably bring: Several years’ practical marketing experience, ideally in B2B, multi-site or service‑based marketing. Experience coordinating campaigns, agencies and external suppliers. A good working knowledge of digital marketing, including websites, SEO, paid search, EDM and analytics. Strong written communication skills and confidence presenting to groups and running webinars. Good organisation and follow-through — you enjoy keeping multiple projects moving. Commercial curiosity — you’re interested in whether marketing creates enquiries, sales and business results, not just clicks and exposure. Confidence working with a range of personalities, including business owners, suppliers and external agencies. Initiative and sound judgement, including knowing when to solve something yourself and when to bring in specialist expertise. Experience in franchising, multi‑location marketing, training or webinar delivery would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. Formal marketing qualifications are welcome, but practical experience and demonstrated capability matter more to us than the qualification itself. Why you’ll enjoy the role Variety — campaigns, digital, websites, communications, training, brand and recruitment marketing. Great working environment — modern marina office, on‑site parking, cafés and amenities nearby, and a relaxed professional setting. Ownership — you’ll be trusted to organise and drive agreed marketing activity. Influence — work directly with the Managing Director, agencies and franchise business owners. Commercial focus — see the connection between your marketing activity and real business results. Team environment — work in a close‑knit, collaborative support office with less bureaucracy, quick decisions and plenty of opportunity to contribute. National exposure — work across three franchise brands at different stages of growth, with business owners throughout New Zealand. About us Business Franchise Group supports independently owned businesses across Speedy Signs, Fully Promoted and The Installation Company (TIC). We’re a small, experienced team, so you’ll work closely with decision‑makers and business owners, with plenty of opportunity to make a visible contribution. If you enjoy practical marketing, like seeing ideas turned into action, and want a role where your contribution will be noticed, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
