We're looking for an energetic Operations & Service Advisor to join our Service Team at Manawatu Toyota’s Hospital Branch. Work alongside our small team of skilled technicians Freshly repainted and upgraded facilities Be part of a business that genuinely values its people and customers About the Role You’ll be responsible for: Booking customer vehicles and managing service enquiries Greeting customers and coordinating their service experience Preparing estimates, invoices, and processing payments Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress Workshop administration and service operations Helping ensure every customer leaves as a promoter of Manawatu Toyota About You You will: Be organised, proactive, and detail-focused Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Have the ability to pick up new systems and processes with confidence and help keep the machine running! Service department admin experience is helpful, but attitude, team and customer focus are what matter most.
