Alpha Recruitment – Wellington, North Island Are you an experienced administrator with a background in healthcare and a talent for keeping busy teams organised, connected and on track? A healthcare client of ours is looking for an experienced team administraor to join a Disability Health Services team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of inclusive, accessible and equitable health services for disabled people. This is an immediate start temporary role for a 3 month period (likely to extend) and can be based at their offices in either Auckland or Wellington. What you’ll be doing This is a varied coordination role where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll: Keep day-to-day administration running smoothly, including inboxes, diaries, documents and travel bookings. Coordinate team, governance and working group meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external networks, community engagement and communications. Support team members with systems, processes, reporting and general administration. Help ensure team members have the accommodations and support they need to do their best work. Spot opportunities to improve systems and processes and make the team more efficient. What we’re looking for You’ll bring around 5 years’ relevant administration experience, including proven experience in a team administrator or coordination role. Ideally, you’ll also have 2+ years’ experience in healthcare and/or the disability sector.You’ll be: Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities. A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels. Experienced in diary and meeting management, minute taking and travel coordination. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Discreet and trustworthy, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality. Familiar with government processes and machinery of government environments. Passionate about improving the experience of disabled people accessing health services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
