Your new role As Technology Business Manager, you will lead the regional technology strategy across Digital, IT and OT, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps that create sustainable value. Reporting to the General Manager, Digital & IT, you will also be a member of the ANZ Technology Leadership Team and a trusted technology partner to senior business leaders. Responsibilities Lead the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives Drive technology enabled business transformation across Digital, IT and OT Provide strategic advice on technology adoption, investment and emerging trends Direct technology investment priorities and oversee a significant technology portfolio Build strong partnerships between business leaders and technology teams Translate business requirements into actionable technology strategies Drive benefits realisation and measurable value from technology investments Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and workflows through technology Provide strategic oversight of technology initiatives to maintain focus on business value Lead technology risk identification, management and mitigation Establish performance measures and reporting for technology initiatives Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams to align solutions with wider technology direction Your new company Join a significant New Zealand business operating in a complex environment where technology plays a critical role in operational performance and future growth.
