Bring a positive can do attitude to our Avondale-based kitchen, ensuring efficiency, food safety and craftsmanship remain top priority. Work closely with the team to achieve daily production targets at a consistent pace. Collaborate with leaders and operations management to grow team capability. Provide input into improving systems, processes and performance. Play a role in new product development. Join a positive, high-performing team culture where people feel motivated and valued. What do I need to have? Consistent in character and work ethic's Passionate about your role and work with purpose Excellent English, both interpreting and comprehending Attention to detail in a fast paced environment Enjoy been part of a team culture Able to follow systems and processes Have minimum 3 years previous food handling and bakery experience What You'll Bring Proven experience in a bakery or pastry environment. Strong organisational skills. High energy with a commitment to high standards and performance. Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Ownership of your role and the ability to build rapport, gain respect and work within a team. A solid understanding of food safety procedures and compliance requirements. Commitment to Health & Safety best practices. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Full job training will be provided to support your success.
