PB Tech is seeking a Return & Warranty Specialist to support end-to-end RA processes across the department. You will handle non-faulty returns, manage branch faulty stock, and coordinate repairs, credits and replacements while keeping customers and internal teams informed. You will create and maintain RA tickets, ensure accurate documentation, and escalate complex cases as needed.
