About the Role As a Denza Product Specialist, you will be the product expert and customer experience champion for the Denza brand. You will guide customers through the vehicle discovery process, demonstrate cutting-edge premium features and technology, explain both electric and plug-in hybrid powertrain solutions, conduct engaging test drives, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards of the Denza brand. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom. Delivering premium vehicle presentations and product demonstrations. Explaining Denza's innovative electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) technologies. Educating customers on charging solutions, battery technology, vehicle range, energy efficiency, and ownership benefits. Demonstrating advanced driver assistance systems, connectivity features, infotainment technology, and luxury vehicle amenities. Demonstrating advanced driver assistance systems, connectivity features, infotainment technology, and premium vehicle amenities. Conducting professional and engaging customer test drives. Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey. Supporting lead management and customer follow-up activities. Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system. Conducting exceptional vehicle delivery experiences and handovers. Assisting customers with mobile app setup, connectivity functions, charging education, and vehicle ownership support. Representing Denza at dealership events, activations, and promotional activities. Maintaining showroom presentation standards and vehicle display quality. Staying current with product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, technology, and premium automotive experiences. Ideally, you'll have: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A genuine interest in automotive technology, electrification, and sustainable mobility. Confidence presenting and demonstrating products to customers. The ability to confidently explain electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid technology to customers. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Professional presentation and a positive attitude. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital platforms. The ability to work weekends as part of a retail sales roster. A full and clean New Zealand driver's licence. Preferred Experience Automotive sales or dealership experience. Knowledge of electric vehicle and plug‑in hybrid technologies. Previous Product Specialist or Brand Ambassador experience.
