Urban Gourmet is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join our catering kitchen team in New Zealand. You will support the Pastry Head Chef in delivering high-quality pastry and dessert offerings, while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and food safety standards. You’ll lead the team when the Head Pastry Chef is unavailable and may fill in at events across NZ.
