We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our high-performing warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations within our distribution centre. You'll work closely with operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver strong service outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance. Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory audits. Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, and variances. Monitor inbound, put-away, and picking accuracy. Analyse data and provide insights to improve performance. Support daily reporting, reconciliations, and workflow monitoring. Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers. What You'll Bring to succeed in this role - Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL environment. Strong WMS capability with high system accuracy and confidence. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory issues. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage workload, and engage stakeholders effectively. Must have an LF/LO forklift licence Global leader in logistics with strong career pathways.
