We're looking for an experienced Performance and Process Analyst to join our Housing Trust team. Reporting to the National Tenancy Operations Manager, you'll support tenancy operations and wider Housing Trust priorities through business analysis, process improvement, performance reporting, and project delivery. Working closely with operational and support teams, you'll help develop practical solutions that improve consistency, performance, and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Leading business analysis, process improvement initiatives, and operational projects. Developing process maps, SOPs, workflows, and operational resources. Supporting system and digital improvement initiatives. Developing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance measures. Analysing data and providing insights to support operational decision-making. Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to support delivery and implementation. Supporting the implementation and embedding of operational improvements. Highly organised and proactive, you're comfortable managing competing priorities, engaging stakeholders, and driving initiatives from planning through to implementation. You will bring: 10+ years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational delivery, or a similar role. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Data, Finance, or a related discipline. Business Analysis, Agile, Lean, or Project Management certifications would be highly regarded. Experience delivering process improvement and operational initiatives from concept through to implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience developing processes, documentation, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience in housing, tenancy, property, or asset management environments would be advantageous.
