About the role: Our Business Advisory team are constantly being exposed to different industries and project work that develops their knowledge and diversifies their expertise. We have a range of clients with the standard need for year-end accounts but as businesses become more complex, we look at the strategy and drivers of a business, which provides endless opportunities for learning new things for you and our clients. There is always something challenging to be working on and the opportunity to be involved in other more specialised areas of our business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong relationships with them. We are looking for an exceptional person with a pro-active approach and a can-do attitude, with previous public practice CA firm experience. This client facing role will focus on a broad range of services with an emphasis on growth. What you will ideally have is: At least 7 years recent experience working in public practice CA firm in a senior accounting role. You do not have to be CA/ACA/AT qualified If you’re experienced using Xero that’s preferable – We’re a full Xero practice The ability to be nimble and not confined to policies and procedures Excellent written and communication skills Hold a current entitlement to work in New Zealand Able to be flexible with your time to meet client timelines and expectations The ability to work on average a minimum of 32 hours in each 7 day calendar week Be physically based in the Taranaki region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
