Natural Paint Co in Auckland is seeking a hands-on ecommerce lead to own revenue and profit after advertising spend across NZ and AU. You will manage paid media, on-site conversion and the growth roadmap, working directly with the Founders to prioritise investments and improvements. You will drive a data-led culture, own tracking and attribution, and lead conversion rate optimisation on our Shopify store.
