Integral Print Group – Auckland, North Island You will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for three companies, ensuring our financial information is accurate, up to date and available to support effective decision-making. The position combines accounts management, payroll, financial reporting, credit control, cash-flow support and some print estimating. Key responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments. Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time. Complete bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare customer statements and manage debt collection. Manage month-end accounting procedures and reporting. Prepare financial and management reports for the Managing Director. Assist with cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Monitor overdue accounts and follow up outstanding payments promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Liaise with the company’s accountant, bank, insurers, and other professional advisers. Assist with GST, PAYE, and other financial compliance requirements. Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. About you Previous experience in an Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or senior accounts administration role. Strong practical experience managing accounts payable and receivable. Payroll, month-end reporting, reconciliations, and debt-collection experience. Sound knowledge of cash-flow management and forecasting. Experience using MYOB Accounts Right and MYOB IMS. Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Experience with Printcost or a similar print-management system would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. The ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. New Zealand accounting and payroll experience.
