Innovate Builds is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside experienced staff managing residential construction projects, from full home renovations through to new builds. The role includes project scheduling, coordinating trades and suppliers, monitoring progress and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Full training and internal systems will be provided, making this a great opportunity to build a career in construction project management. You’ll work alongside our experienced team and be involved in managing residential projects ranging from full home renovations through to complete new builds. Your role will include project scheduling, coordinating trades and suppliers, monitoring project progress, carrying out site checks, assisting with quality control, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Full training will be provided, along with access to our internal project management systems and processes. We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people, willing to learn, takes initiative and enjoys being out on site.
