This is a succession role — the business owner is stepping back from operational responsibilities, and the successful candidate will progressively take over the full running of the company. Genuine, direct experience working in or closely with the New Zealand agricultural sector. You understand our customers — farmers, dealers — because you have worked alongside them. PPP designs, manufactures and installs equipment nation‑wide hand in hand with our nationwide dealership. Proven leadership of operational teams.
