Nurse Manager

Frontline Health Auckland & Upper North Island – Drury, North Island Permanent Join a well-established Medical Practice and take a key leadership role in delivering high quality, patient-centred care. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of primary care services. You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, develop and empower the nursing team, and strengthen clinical systems and processes. Working collaboratively with the wider practice team, you will also play an important role in creating a positive, high-performing environment and ensuring our services continue to meet the needs of the local community. This is a permanent, 32-hour-per-week position, working across four days between Monday and Friday. Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities Skills and Experience New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC Current CPR Certificate General practice nursing management experience (desirable) Passion for primary care and primary care nursing Proven ability to lead, direct and support nurses Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach Experience with Medtech Evolution and MS Office Automatic right to work in New Zealand Are you an experienced registered nurse with a passion for practice nursing?
