Permanent Full Time (1 FTE) Team Support position, based at Auckland City Hospital Provide a valuable service to two functioning nursing teams Work with an amazing and supportive team Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity Te Toka Tumai has an international reputation in the health industry. We provide world class healthcare to our community as well as offering 19 specialist services treating patients from across NZ We have an opportunity for a Team Support available within our Hospital Operations Directorate - available to be filled immediately! Your role as a Team Support is to ensure that the Resource Team and other teams within Hospital Operations Directorate receive appropriate clerical and administrative support to enable them to concentrate on the specialist value added activities within their role. If you are an individual who appreciates working in a dynamic, supportive and cheerful environment, Your responsibilities as a Team Support would include: Monitor your direct reports' diaries and assist with preparing their daily events Book meetings and events as required Create documentation and presentations Ensure that appropriate levels and standards of customer service are delivered Perform extra administration activities and provide back-up support Full training and induction and ongoing support and professional development will be provided.
