Carpet Mill, a well-established retailer and manufacturer in the flooring industry, is looking for a Sales Consultant & Admin Support person to join our Head Office team in Te Rapa, Hamilton. You'll need to be based in Hamilton and available to work from our office during retail hours, with occasional travel to Home Shows in other regions (all expenses covered). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, has a sharp eye for detail, loves solving problems, and is a proven sales performer who thrives on hitting targets and deadlines. Key responsibilities Guide customers through their flooring journey, from initial consultation to quote acceptance and installation Deliver excellent customer service at every step of the sales process Follow up on sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person, promptly and professionally Provide accurate, timely quotations Handle related administration tasks Attend regional Home Shows as required About you Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential Professional appearance and approach Great time management and organisational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
