Key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging one-on-one tutoring sessions suited to each student’s needs. Explain concepts clearly and use simple activities to reinforce learning. Track student progress and adjust your approach to suit their pace and goals. Create a positive, encouraging environment that supports steady improvement. Skill requirements Strong written and spoken English, with confidence teaching primary-level language skills. Good communication skills and a patient, supportive manner. Ability to make learning clear, engaging and age-appropriate. Reliable organisation and the ability to work independently.
