Pinnacle Health in Waikato invites a dedicated child immunisation improvement nurse for a 12-month fixed-term role, 32 hours per week, to work with general practices, whānau and community partners to improve immunisation access and outcomes for tamariki. You will build trusted relationships, strengthen immunisation systems, mentor teams, support hauora events and lead small improvement activities across the rohe to make immunisation services easier to access for Māori and Pasifika tamariki and #J-18808-Ljbffr
