IDEA Services is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with intellectual disabilities live independently in their own homes in the Manawatu/Rangitikei region. The role involves hands-on care, meal prep, personal support, and sometimes transport or medication assistance. No prior health-sector experience is required, as full training and orientation are provided to motivated individuals.
