About the Role: We are looking for a cellar superstar to jump in and help with all aspects of cellar work from juice work, filtering, blending, additions and more. This is a combined role with packaging; we are a small team so on packaging days we all jump in and help on the packaging line as well. Reporting to the Head of Beverage and Operations, your role will include: All aspects of cellar work (tank cleaning, pumping and blending, additions etc) Packaging (helping with pack off, Keg filling etc) The normal cellar hours are 8.00-4.30 Mon-Fri with occasional flexibility if needed.
